Though there are lots of helpful tools online for home searching, they aren’t able to take all of a person’s needs and wants into account. MLS listings can show you what is available, but they cannot gauge emotional desires or reactions to a specific property like a real estate agent can. People of all ages want to connect on a deeper level and feel connected to a community, especially when they’re transacting on the most expensive asset of their life.

Initial Consult
Your home-buying experience starts with a one-on-one meeting with me. I’ll listen, take the time to understand your goals and offer ideas to highlight the full range of real estate possibilities at your fingertips. I will work with you to develop a plan tailored to all your financial and lifestyle goals. I’m committed to ensuring you find the right home in the right neighbourhood for you and your family.

We Get To Work
We agree to work together and the exciting part begins. We actively source home listings based on your target criteria to highlight available inventory. That includes creatively leveraging MLS and my access to private listings through relationships with realtors and other partners across the Greater Toronto Area, so that we’re able to cast a wider net to help you find the right property.

Strategic Showings
We’ll begin touring several properties across your preferred neighbourhoods to get a better sense of budget, our process and whether you’d like to work with me (Spoiler: I think you will!).
Communicating openly and frequently is the key to success in fast-changing markets. We’ll continue to adjust our expectations throughout the process depending on the market and inventory conditions.

Make an offer
You’ve found the home you want, in a location you like. Now, it’s time to make an offer. Here’s where working with an experienced realtor can give you the upper hand. Different market conditions require a different approach – a seller’s market might mean lots of competition, requiring you to come in at or over asking price with few to no conditions, while a buyer’s market means you have choice and time is on your side. You can count on me to guide you through the process and make sure you get your dream home!
